Keiran Driver has been with Sanctuary Personnel since 2015 and is now leading a team of 12 apprentices within the data management team. Having initially started his apprenticeship within the company’s candidate generation department, he has acquired a great deal of knowledge in identifying suitable candidates to fill the broad range of positions available through Sanctuary Personnel.
Since joining, Keiran has not only completed a Business and Administration NVQ Level 2, he is about to start work on his Management Level 3 course and is using his own experience as an apprentice to motivate others.
Initially studying Uniform Public Services at college, with a view to becoming a Prison Officer, Keiran soon found the course was not what he was expecting and was still very much classroom-based. He was keen to find a local company that could offer him an alternative and immediate entry into the world of work, which fortunately, he found in Sanctuary Personnel.
He said: “I knew I didn’t want to continue with classroom-based learning; I wanted to do something that would hold my attention and allow me to progress. Now I am leading a team of apprentices and am able to relate to them and provide them with the support they need so that they too can progress within the company.”
“I am also fortunate to have an incredibly supportive line manager, who gives me just the right amount of direction and freedom to be the best at my job.”
