how it works
As a commercial business, we understand that apprenticeship training needs to fit around the needs of your business. We therefore like to work closely with you to discuss your specific requirements and ensure that both your needs, and that of the apprentice are confidently met.
Our flexible training programme will be provided by our team of friendly trainers from either your own offices or at our central facilities, to suit your requirements. During the training, you will have the support of our dedicated apprenticeship team who will remain on hand to respond to any questions that you or your apprentice have regarding the training being provided.
We will spend time with your apprentice to carry out an initial assessment of their knowledge, skills and abilities and will devise a structured learning plan that involves all parties. Our extensive experience of training successful apprentices has made us passionate about the training we deliver today, which is why we go the extra step to maintain regular progress reviews with the apprentice and you, as the employer.
Our assessors will be responsible for:
• Devising a training plan • Guiding the learner to produce a portfolio of work-based training • Coaching learners and providing support in respect of functional skills • Ensuring all learners are fully safeguarded within their workplace
Assessments will be carried out by a range of methods, including:
